Pony Walks Pony Walks

Each walk lasts between 20 and 30 minutes. It's the ideal duration for a first experience, long enough to enjoy but not too long to tire the little ones.

Not at all! Our walks are designed for children discovering ponies for the first time. Our Shetlands are gentle and used to beginners, and club members are there to reassure and guide your child.

In case of difficult weather conditions, we will contact you to cancel/reschedule the walk. Light rain usually doesn't prevent the activity - just plan for appropriate clothing!

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are enough. A helmet (we can lend one). Avoid clothing that is too loose and could get caught.

You can walk alongside the pony during the walk! It's even encouraged for younger children who might be a bit anxious. A club member leads the pony, but your presence can reassure your child.
